 The Hotel had very courteous and friendly staff but tended to be quite slow when attending to people. Breakfast was great and evening meals were average buffet style meals. Plus side was you could eat as much as you wanted. The location was good just walking distance from the beach but beware of the wind (great for surfers). There are two swimming pools, one indoor and one outdour. The wind was quite strong when we stayed which made it uncomfortable outside. Hire car is necessary as not much entertainment at the hotel. Good restaurants in Peniche and surrounding villages.- 23-Aug-2007 |
