 The hotel is very nice and the staff are great, If you're looking for a great place away from the hustle and bustle of the city, then this great.- 09-May-2006 Great location, easy access to many interesting neighborhoods of the city. Great view of the lake and the city from the 20th floor lounge. The staff at the lounge was acceptionally friendly as was the concierge staff and the hotel staff in general.
