 Good basic hotel. Great location.- 06-Nov-2009 This hotel was fantastic! It is really true that everyone that works there is friendly and helpful (vallet service, concierge, front desk, bar staff, restaurant staff, cleaning staff, etc.). The rooms were large, VERY clean, and well appointed. The bed was comfortable. The location in downtown Philly was perfect in a relatively central area so things were close or easily reachable by a short trip on the public transportation system (SEPTA).
The only thing we would have liked to have in the room is a coffee maker, but there is always complimentary coffee/tea in the hotel restaurant in the morning from approx. 6-10:30 am.- 07-Mar-2005 Nice ambience, very charming hotel.
