 The hotel was excellent. The personnel was always available with friendly assistance and did far more in comparison to other 4* hotels, the Sofitel Miami Airport should be 5*. I shall defintely visit it again!- 02-Jan-2010 Staff were really friendly and the location of the hotel is excellent near the airport.
Best thing in my suite was the bed! It was so comfortable and huge.
One thing was missing in the suite was minibar - though staff told me there isn't minibars in any rooms, which seems to be some kind of "american standard".
Another thing I found confusing was the internet connection.
There were wired and wireless connection in my suite. First I choose to use wired connection (which was biiiiiiig mistake). After a while I would like to use wireless connection, but surprise surprise, the service provider was different. So if you choose first to use wired connection and you pay for that, you will have to pay the same amount again if you want to use wireless connection as well!- 10-Jun-2009 Excellent hotel near airport.
