 The hotel is situated in a beautiful garden setting surrounded by expansive grounds, a winery, rose garden and adjacent to the marvellous Werribee open range zoo. The food and service at Joseph's Restaurant (although expensive) is excellent including the combined a la carte/buffet breakfast. The excellent pool/spa complex is also first rate. The room design was not entirely to our liking especially the split level bathroom/bedroom area but we are seniors and more prone to having falls,etc. The staff we encountered were exceptionally polite, welcoming and helpful.- 12-Sep-2006 The hotel room was very modern and comfortable.
The restaurant was excellent. The breakfast in the morning was beautiful. We loved the pool too.- 18-Apr-2006 I would rate our stay at the hotel as very enjoyable. My husband I agreed that an improvement could be made on better location signage to all parts of the hotel. The map provided was not very clear and when we asked for help at reception they mentioned that the hotel was not responsible for supplying the signage - as this was looked after by Parks Victoria. - 25-Feb-2004 |
