 A unique hotel, tastfully furnished, that was a pleasure to stay at. Staff were great, friendly, efficient and professional. Rooms were a little on the small side but limited space was well utilised. The restaurent 'Josephs' is terrific, enticing menu, delicous food and once again great service.- 03-Jan-2008 The hotel is situated in a beautiful garden setting surrounded by expansive grounds, a winery, rose garden and adjacent to the marvellous Werribee open range zoo. The food and service at Joseph's Restaurant (although expensive) is excellent including the combined a la carte/buffet breakfast. The excellent pool/spa complex is also first rate. The room design was not entirely to our liking especially the split level bathroom/bedroom area but we are seniors and more prone to having falls,etc. The staff we encountered were exceptionally polite, welcoming and helpful.- 12-Sep-2006 Hotel not only offered good accommodation but also had facilities like winery, zoo and jazz afternoons all at the same locality. - 23-Aug-2006 |
