 The staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. On the other hand, the breakfast was below par for a 4-star hotel; the smoked salmon tasted stale and slightly "off," and the coffee was stale and weak. I have had better breakfasts in a 3-star hotel. In our room the wash basin drained too slowly.
