 My room in the Annex Tower was very clean and comfortable. There is a convenience store in the hotel where one can buy bottled water. The staff at the hotel are most pleasant, polite, and helpful. The restaurants are really busy since there are so many people staying at this hotel, however. One needs ample time to enjoy a breakfast, lunch or dinner there. The location of the hotel is great for people flying in from Haneda Airport. - 30-May-2008 The hotel is located quite close to the shinagawa station, about a 5 minute walk. There are quite a few restaurants and shops around the station as well as the hotel itself so it was very convenient. The staff only spoke a bit of English, but enough for us to get by. The room was too small though, and the bathroom was even smaller! But the room was quite clean. Overall, it was a really good location, but the room was just too small for us.- 10-Mar-2008 We had a very pleasant stay.
