 Hotel and staff wonderful, staff excellently trained! A credit to yuour company, having worked for the Radisson for five years i am a Sheraton convert! Only fault, should have some form of music at night, for example we liked to return to the hotel for comfort in the evenings, piped music in the foyer is a suggestion! Fantastic stay though!- 27-Mar-2007 Stayed in this hotel for a long weekend. Location is good being less than a 10 minute walk to the Market Square and virtually beside Wawel Castle. Staff exceptionally attentive without being intrusive. Service was simpply superb. Hotel is magnificently maintained. Hotel has its own chauffeur car service at a cost just fractitionally more than regular taxis. On early departure on last day of stay a take away "breakfast pack" was provided which included fresh fruit, jogurt, cold meats, cheese, breads, water etc. This hotel could not be more enthusiastically recommended for a comfortable stay with an excellence of service that would be difficult to match.- 22-Mar-2007 We had a lovely stay at the Sheraton and all bar one staff member was lovely.
