 Excellent, friendly, efficient staff. Our room was well furnished but bathroom could do with updating. My only criticism, which in fact has nothing to do with the hotel would be that the Hopper bus to the terminals did not run even close to a schedule so allow at least 1 hour if going to Terminal 3. - 19-Nov-2007 The hotel can be reached by the HOPPA Hotel bus (H4) and this transfer will cost you GBP 4 pp.
