 Best hotel I stayed in in Italy. Staff were excellent - helpful and friendly. The hotel itself is gorgeous. Stay there if you're in Milan.- 29-Jun-2007 As an hotelier myself, my wife and decided to stay in Milan at this hotel for a long weekend. The hotel was very nice, staff very helpful, professional and attentive with good English spoken by most if not all staff. The only criticism that i do have is that when we switched the centralised air conditioning on at night it made the room smell of cigars, which as non smokers was quite of putting, we just turned the a/c off but it then became quite warm in the room.
Inspite of this I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anybody and look forward to going back once again in the near future. - 06-Dec-2006 |
