 The hotel is not located in an easy to get to area. Most Taxis dropped me some distance from the hotel as it is under a freeway. In the bedroom the lower part of the walls show bad mould and water staining. The towels were so thin that for one person to dry after a shower you needed both towels to get dry.
The lighting in the bedroom was so poor that I was unable to read at all in ther late afternoon or during the evening.
I had considerable difficulty getting any English communication that made sence. As an example I was unable to get the telephone number for Singapore Airlines from the Hotel Operator.- 31-Jan-2009 Girls at the Reception cannot communicate in English. Our requests were not promptly met with and kept us delaying unnecessarily.
Proper English speaking staff should be attending to English speaking guests.- 21-Dec-2008 Excellent hotel, you get a lot more than the cheap room price would suggest. Clean room, free high speed internet, clean and modern bathroom, descent tv, descent in hotel restaurant, good location - walking distance to subway.
