 somewhat older hotel with simple rooms. Nice big swimming pool behind the hotel and very good breakfast buffet. Close to airport although the taxi's use a fix rate of some 20 euros even for a trip less then 10 minutes! Location about 15 minutes or some 12 euros from city center.- 16-Jun-2007 1. We found bugs in our room. 4 in bathroom and 2 in bedroom. We believe that those are the bugs came from the door of bathroom. The bugs has many legs and is about one cm long. The bathroom was flooded before.
2. When we checked out, the receptionist gave me the bill with full price. I paid deposit when booking, the hotel should charge me for the balance only. When I pointed out that the bill is wrong, she didn't feel any regret but seems to be annoyed. She re-printed the bill and just explained there might be some problem on the computer. She then spoke to me loudly "Is that okay now?".
Don't understand why they make that kind of mistake! When I checked in, they gave us a room card. It is stated the price of balance amount. Obviously, they have the right record in their computer.
I understand sometimes people make mistake. However, it is not acceptable that when you make mistake, you don't feel any regret but to complain to other that bring you the trouble. - 16-Apr-2007 The hotel was approx 30 minutes by bus into Seville, the bus stop however was only 100m. The cost of a Taxi late at night was approx 7 euros. To be able to park at the hotel was a bonus as the traffic in Seville was very busy, in three days we only used the taxi very late one night. I think the staff could have been more helpful regarding transport into Seville.- 26-Sep-2003 |
