 I have ticked bad for facilities purely because of the absence of any type of bar in the hotel. It is nice after a day sightseeing or shopping to be able to sit down in your own hotel and relax with a drink or coffee knowing that you are finished walking or engaging in any other activities for the evening. Unfortunately a lot of continental hotels seem to have no interest in providing this facility
otherwise I was very pleased with everything in the hotel and its location very central. A Mac Aodha Ireland. - 03-Feb-2008 We were very pleased with the Serrano Hotel. The hotel is located about five minutes from the train station.
Our room was very comfortable and spotless.The staff were helpful.
Our only disappointment was the breakfast which consisted of a cup of tea/coffee, a glass of juice and a small toasted roll.- 06-Nov-2007 |
