After reading some mixed reviews we were a bit apprehensive. Our room was excellent spotlessly clean and serviced very well every day. The staff were helpful and polite and the hotel is situated on the next block to the Hancock observatory and two minutes walk from the magnificent mile shops.- 29-Sep-2009 Highly recommended. Central location but tucked away on a quiet street. Staff was also very nice. Will definitely stay there again.- 14-Nov-2007 Very good hotel in an excellent location (next door to the John Hancock centre). Friendly staff and good on-site restaurant - 15 mins walk from Wrigley building and Navy pier.- 28-Aug-2007 |
