 The Sefton is one of the best hotel bedrooms I have ever stayed in.- 23-Sep-2009 Warning! The atrium rooms might look pretty , but , as they are connected to what is , in effect , a large conservatory with no windows , they are unbearably hot and stuffy [ and we stayed in February ! ] . The air conditioning box was noisy and inefficient . The pool is very small and cold and even the children would not use it - the changing area is shabby . The only public area with enough light to read is a television filled bar . All in all a great disappointment - and a shame as the staff are really nice and helpful !- 22-Feb-2009 A lovely hotel and the balcony onto the gardens was excellent until a private function was taking place in the gardens, the noise level was so high we had to close the balcany doors and stay in the room. When I complained the situation was very quickly rectified. This is a lovely hotel and I would not hesitate in returning. - 17-Jun-2008 |
