Seattle, Washington

Seattle, Washington, is the largest city in the American Pacific Northwest. The Emerald City, as Seattle is sometimes called in situated between Puget Sound and Lake Washington. It overlooks the beautiful Elliot Bay, which is lined with an abundance of evergreen tress, and is surrounded by fantastic views of the Cascade and Olympic mountains. Seattle is a perfect vacation spot, for it’s mixture of historic and natural beauty, with modern attractions.

Seattle has come a long way since is founding as a remote fishing outpost. It is a bustling city with modern conveniences including excellent public transportation that makes access to all attractions fast and easy. Seattle is the perfect location for cycling, boating and hiking as well. It is also the epicenter for food and dining in the American Pacific Northwest, offering food from all corners of the globe as well as excellent local fare. For beer connoisseurs, Seattle has an abundance of microbreweries, which can be toured in similar fashion to wineries.
