 The staff at the hotel are fantastic! Really helpful and very friendly! The rooms themselves are kinda stuck in the eighties, but comfortable and clean - 23-Oct-2007 Looks better in pictures than in reality. More like a motel than a hotel, prices should reflect this. not worth full price could get much better elsewhere, like most hotel themeparks they are trading on that fact. Food expensive, have 3 restaurants would be nice to find a reasonable one, the buffet restuarant was expensive at $65 a head? the breakfast buffet which was good was $29.50, price a bit o.t.t. but what's not advertised is you can get a discount card for breakfast for 4 adults/card this reduces the breakfasts to $20.50. Found this out when i rang the hotel the night before and the guy on night duty told me to make sure and ask for the cards when i checked in.
Saying all the above the family, 5 adults and 1 child, loved the break and really enjoyed the park.
We stayed for 3 days, 2 nights. PS asked for a room for 10.am check in and one of them was available for us at no extra charge so this was definitely a bonus as normal check in is 2pm, so very pleased with that. - 23-May-2007 Great locality for entrance to Sea World.
