 Great hotel! Quiet, yet in walking distance to shops and restaurants. If I went back I would request a chalet room on the 3rd floor. The hotel staff was excellent. The concierge was so helpful and objective. - 07-Sep-2005 The hotel was very good. Good Features - Great location, excellent view, nice room size. Negatives (Laundry room & Hot Water) - Laundry room closes at 9:00PM. Our room had a problem with the Hot Water. If you are in the shower more than 10 minutes... forget it! I can''t say rather this was a problem with our room or the whole hotel. It almost appears to me that each room had its own hot water heater and when you run out there is no more until the next day. We complained to the front desk but nothing was done to my knowledge. The next morning we had the same 10 minutes of hot water. We just used them wiser!
