 I found the hotel staff very helpful. Impressed by the good variety of breakfast. The only problem was as we were just about to leave the hotel for the day to explore the town, someone tried to come into our room, having just been given the key-card for the same room as they checked in. It was quickly sorted out but had this happened a few minutes later, we would have not known that some other guests had been in our room while we were out. A bit worrying from the point of security. Good food- 22-Nov-2007 The front desk and concierge were exceedingly helpful! the room was comfortable, roomy, and there is a bar and restaurant in the hotel which was great, especially in evening when going out was cold or we were tired. Food was excellent and the breakfast was outstanding and plentiful. location was more than pleasant, and convenient. close enough to train station and subway, but not too close to be in bad district.
