 This is a budget hotel. It is in a good location: close to the beach and good restaurants, and also have good transportation. I would mention, however, that this is not a 4 or 3 star hotel, and for American or European standards it would be a 2 star or 2 and a half star hotel. The breakfast is good, but nothing special.
