 Excellent hotel located conveniently near the city center. Extremely friendly staff. Security and safety is top notch. Would stay here again if visiting Nairobi.- 27-Oct-2009 Once the staff get to know you they are very friendly and only to happy to help. Whilst the hotel has all the amenities that other 4 star hotels have the place was a little dated so the pricing was too high. The location whilst a hassle being out of town having to get taxi's all the time (I was happy to walk but warned heavily against it) it did offer a serenity that is just not available any closer to town.
