 My girlfriend and me stayed in the hotel during the last week of August 2009, I believe that this was the best price-2-quality ratio when comes to hotel reservations.
The hotel is a genuine 3* hotel, with nice stuff fluent in English. The hotel is well positioned, near bus stations, and about 5min walk to the nearest metro station (Bologna). The hotel is in a residential area of Rome surrounded by embassies.
