 Clean and nice. Possible to walk (30 min) to the city, or taxi was easy to get as well. Nice staff, and price worthy in general.- 08-Dec-2008 The wireless network in the hotel is hopeless and caused us no end of problems which is not good for a hotel which bills itself as a business hotel. The quality of the food was also not great, but then the food we had in general in Lisbon was not fantastic. The reception staff need to have a few more lessons is customer service as they could have been a lot more efficient and helpful. Having made all of these negative comments the hotel is not that bad and the rooms are fine.- 25-Apr-2008 |
