 For Location this Hotel could not be better, the hotel was very basic, but staff very friendly and helpful.We were extremely lucky to be put in a room with a balcony and our own sink, the room was a lot larger than i imagined, and the shared bathrooms very immaculately clean, as with the rest of the hotel. We stayed 3 nights and should we come again for a weekend would seriously consider staying here again, fort he price we paid and bearing in mind the cost of venice is beyond outrageous, this was a well priced hotel.- 09-Oct-2008 good spot close to the 2 main squares but very noisy and 1 shower for 7 bedrooms, breakfast ok, from san marco water taxi stop walk along grand canal to your left as far as possible, turn right, first left and keep on going straight and the hoel will be on your right - 11-Jun-2007 Unsurpassed location.
