 Excellent hotel in the heart of Kuta. Fantastic value for money, excellent service and helpful staff. This hotel in terms of room presentation, cleanliness and the hotel pool beats most other hotels in Bali, including the Hyatt. We will be staying again on our next visit. This hotel should best be described as boutique and is most suited to couples. A real gem not to be missed. - 16-Nov-2006 Had serious problem contacting and locating the hotel as it's inside an alley and phone no was a mailbox. But very good location in middle of Legian if you don't mind the alley entrance. Shower water taste really wierd salty. Bed and bathroom looks really new and clean. But on my check-in found bathroom not cleaned with hairs yikes. Overall quite ok discounting the minor problems like twice power tripping in 1 night and auto shut down of aircn in the morning.
