 My husband and I stayed 7 nights at the Saint Christophe in March. The hotel is lovely and spotlessly clean. The staff are very polite and helpful and the breakfast was more than adequate to start off the day. The area surrounding the hotel is lovely with loads of restaurants and we felt very safe. Two minutes away is a laundromat which is very handy if travelling for a while. My only critcism is that the pillows (being square shape) were a little uncomfortable. Thank you for a lovely time in Paris - we will recommend your hotel.- 15-Apr-2008 I have been to Paris several times in the recent past and stayed at other 3 and 4 star hotels. I would not hesitate to book at the Saint Christophe again.
We found that the Saint Christophe was in a superb location for touring Paris, particularly since we were there during the transportation strike. Many key Paris "sights" and neighbourhoods are within decent walking distance. The proximity to rue Mouffetard, its market and restaurants was a real bonus.
The hotel was spotlessly clean; the double room had sufficient room for the two of us and our luggage and even some spare space to move around. The shower was great. The staff were all very friendly, helpful and accomodating.
- 25-Nov-2007 An ideal location from which to see all the main sites in Paris. A short walk through the Jardin des Plantes to the river and the Batobus. Metro nearby.Up the hill from the hotel a brilliant square (Place de la Contrescarpe) with an excellent choice of places to eat and drink.
