 Our overnight stay was excellent. We arrived and were met at the door by a concierge who explained the details and costs re carparking. The front office staff were efficient and friendly. Our room was a good size, extremely clean and with a decor that appealed to me. Over-all the ambience of the hotel,and quality & professionalism of the staff provided a fabulous environment for our stay.often hotels can spend funds on expensive fixtures & fittings but without first class staff the whole experience is marred or undermined. Having been employed in management in the hotel industry, i congratulate the hotel on its complete level of excellence.- 20-Nov-2007 Parking situation akward, making access to the hotel difficult at busy times (ie.Fridays and Saturdays) when the Skycity casino is busy. Lower rates for Valet Parking would improve this situation. - 08-Mar-2007 this hotel does not deserve a 5 star rating the facilities are poor and the cleanliness of the hotel could be alot better. And if they ask you if you would like to be upgrade for an extra $40 a night decline, its not worth it you end up with an smaller room! would not use this hotel again- 15-Feb-2007 |
