 Good value for money. We enjoyed our stay.- 04-Aug-2009 The view was great, location was fantastic, short stroll to everything and the satff were friendly and efficient. Highly recommended- 10-Jun-2009 Been to Cairns several times, but I can honestly say this is the first time we felt we were on a real vacation...mostly due to the fact that we had great service at the Rydges Tradewinds Hotel.
Needed info on where to find the Nash Hash House Harrier runs and Jenny at the Tour info desk was gracious to help us with that. Needed to buy backpacks, but unfortunately shops were closed at the time...yet the staff at the front desk (wish we got their names) were able to find a couple of promo bags and loaned them to us. We also took advantage of a massage at the Spa by the Sea.
Breakfast was nice and hot and we certainly enjoyed our pan fried Baramundi for dinner at the eBar. All in all, we enjoyed it sooooo much we joined the free Guest Priority membership with the Rydges. All these services under one roof and all with a smile....
