Canberra is a manmade city, fine if you are a student or on business but otherwise not much to do. On a Sunday it is dead. Needed to eat in the hotel because there was not much else around. Food was good and the view from the 15th floor excellent. Ideal for a one night stay but location does not lend itself to longer stays.- 08-Nov-2009 We were pleased to hear that the ground floor was being renovated. We found Bobby McGees to be very grubby and in want of a good clean and scrub, very tired looking, we would hope that this is to be completely renovated as well.- 18-May-2009 No toothbrushes, disappointing for a 4star. Bathroom looked a bit shabby. No breakfast menu. Great tv entertainment, service and location. A very good hotel and would definitely consider staying again.- 10-Apr-2009 |
