food preperation and cooking on the 2 meals that i had left a bit to be desired

staff was many times over strained, even though we asked for simple things like time table. 2 days we had cockroaches in our room. the location of the hotel is not recommendable if you want to explore Sydney. It's at least 25 minutes walk to Parramatta station and then another 30 minutes ride to the center. Trains doesn't operating at late night. We definitely will not recommend this hotel.
