 Once a high class hotel, which has a perfect location, however its rooms need on several points (ie bathrooms) an urgent upate. Despite that still recommended for its location.- 18-Sep-2009 A lovely hotel, friendly staff and an excellent location, minutes from Grand Place, but on a side street so not overwhelmed by the noise.- 17-Jul-2008 As a leading hotel of the world I think there should be complimentary bottled water in all rooms, we were told in standard rooms this is not provided. There was alot of noise from the street and casino opposite the front of hotel making sleep difficult some nights. Breakfast is completely self service. Some details were overlooked for example we had to ask for robes & slippers. However the beds are very comfortable and we have been spoiled as we are regular visiters to Killarney Park Hotel in Southern Ireland which I think is impossible to beat!
