Even though the assistant said that they could not find our reservation, we were given a fantastic room very quickly. We had a great stay and found the staff very attentivce and friendly. All this contributed to a fantastic stay. Thanks.

An excellent hotel, old world elegance, great location with short walk to station, staff extremely helpful with advice about local sites and travel, excellent food in dining room with set menu for very reasonable price. Personal service to individual travellers as they separate them from tourist groups. A very large room and huge bathroom. We had a wonderful stay and would gladly recommend it and use of again without hesitation. Margaret and Patricia. Australia
