Breakfast is good, but the resturants at the hotel could not be recomended except of simple meals like the Tom Yong Gong (shrimp soup).
The hotel has a nice and free shuttle boat service of about 20 min to the more central part of Bankok and without the usual trafic jam !- 02-Aug-2008 The hotel is clean rooms are very large. The hotel is located at a queit street.
would recommend it to a friend.
- 07-Sep-2005 I found the hotel to be reasonable value.
I had a Deluxe River View Room which,
although spacious with great view, gave
a dated look with a thread bare carpet {tile
would have been better} and "less than clean"
shower and patio curtains. I know the staff cleaned throughly every day, but there was usually a prominent musty smell by the end of the day. The lobby also had a dated look with its furnishings. The breakfast food was very good. Also the tour desk was very helpful. This hotel is far from the center unless you can time your departure to take advantage of one of the water shuttles, which leave every 2 hours. I would probably not stay here a second time. - 07-Sep-2005 |
