Centrally located at Patong beach, Royal Paradise Hotel is one of the most attractive and lively spots on Phuket Island. The hotel is within walking distance from the shopping centre and entertainment venues, also about 15 minutes from the Phuket Town and an hour to Phuket International Airport.

 Most of the staff are absolutely lovely - we had the odd staff memeber working late hours at the desk who werent that helpful, but overall i would say most of the staff were fantastic. The room cleaners were extremely friendly and sweet. The facilities were nice - i would definetely recommend the Royal Wing, rather than the Paradise wing, which is a bit outdated. Location wise, its good for shopping, and its relatively close to the beach, and close to Bangla road too. There is a shuttle at the hotel to the beach which is convenient enough. - 02-Nov-2007 The hotel was undergoing renovation during my visit so the swimming pool was out of bounds. There is a ferry service to another hotel for people who wish to use a swimming pool. However, the timing is irregular and hence troublesome if your timing is tight. Otherwise, the price is considerably cheap for such a hotel.- 07-Sep-2005 A very good hotel in a very good location. The tourist desk would have benefited from someone who spoke better english. The hotel has 250 room on 25 floors but only 2 lifts service them this can lead to delays. The hotel also has a high pressure water system for the toilets. This has the side effect of all toilets flushed around your room regardless of time coming to your attention and can wake you. However the hotel is very good and provides an excellent service but beware if you are a light sleeper. - 07-Sep-2005 |
