The room service was excellent..prompt, and not obtrusive. The hotel is in a lovely location which adds to the time spent there

Excellent hotel. Great location across from the botanic gardens and only a short walk to Queen Street mall area. Excellent facilities including large swimming pool. We had a meal at the hotel -seafood smorgasbord which was very good although quite expensive. Would stay here again. Only onew thing -we stayed 2 nights and didn't get clean towels after the first night.

The Hotel offers good value accommodation and service. Rooms are generally of a good size and the location is fine, if you want to be close to the CBD.
