 Fantastic, we were able to check in early and also leave our cases before our train left
The staff were wonderfully polite and helpful
2 minor observations only,
the toilet roles were a bit 'cheap' (we like really soft ones..)
we were given a map with instructions to the inernatioal arena, but we didnt realise at first that there were 2 entrances, and the map reflected the journey from the opposite enrance to which we entered- 04-Apr-2009 Had a lovely stay, was very impressed with the room very modern and clean. Even though there was no window this really didnt make a difference. The breakfast though a little busy was great and it was easy to change from continental to full english.
