The staff are nice but the hotel facilities totally need maintenance. What I don't understand was they just put the painting on the floor while the other painting hang on the wall. They didn't do anything with that painting until we left the hotel. Lift was out of order, so we have to carried 4 big luggages through tiny stairs to level 2. My point is this hotel is awfull.- 13-Nov-2006 The man behind reception is a Star. Makes your stay a very enjoyable one. The hotel is showing its age in places but is generally very clean. At this price I have no complaints. Would never pay the full price here though. - 25-Sep-2006 The hotel is amoung 42 others in Sussex Gardens, but one of the closest to Paddington Station. Quite street of Sussex Gardens, nice cosy rooms, eggs and beans for breakie. Really good value for money. And the highlight for me was they let us into our room at 7am the day I was checking in after a 14 hour flight. - 01-Aug-2005 |
