Riviera Resort is located on the northern coast of the island of Malta, offering an oasis of comfort and tranquillity on a magnificent Mediterranean Beach. The hotel is just 4 kilometres from the city of Mellieha and 2 kilometres from the beach. Guests can indulge in kayaking, sailing, golfing and windsurfing, available nearby.

 A nice hotel with very friendly staff.
The food overall was good, but lacked a choice of fruit for breakfast or deserts. Mostly just melon on offer which was a shame.
The entertainment in the bar was on most nights - either a solo artist playing keyboards, or a duo.
Good location right on the sea front facing Gozo - note the sea view rooms are north facing so no direct sunlight on the balconies.
Indoor pool and Spa excellent - also good Gym with a nice coach called Colin who offers Fitball training etc.
Power sockets are the same as UK - so I needn’t have bothered with my continental adapters!
We enjoyed the hotel and found it good value as was the cost of dinner- There is one other hotel near by but other than that you would have to drive if you wanted to dine somewhere else. I recommend the local Merlot in the restaurant if you like red wine. Excellent !- 30-Oct-2007 |
