I had a rather nice stay at Hotel Ritz; it is located in the more quiet area of Macau with a convenient shuttle bus to the center. The hotel is somewhat old and I wouldn't call it a Five Star hotel, as is stated; rather Three Stars, but a nice stay all in all.- 25-Apr-2007 The hotel facilities are claen, usefull and excellent. The hotel staff are very helpful. Good to stay. I will come back if I have chance. The buffet breakfast is so nice, expecially congee. The only disappointment is lack of safety box in room. The center of Macau is a bit far from the hotel, so you need ge taxi or bus every time you go. The hotel operates shuttle bus every 30 minutes.- 07-Sep-2005 The hotel staff level of English is very poor.
This is not a Five Star Hotel. I would give it a maximum of four.
