 The hotel is very clean but the staff are not very friendly, their expression simply tells you - you are just here for a while, no need to be so friendly.
if you take a bus, It takes about 10 - 15mins to reach orchard road. it's near a shopping centre, Great World City (abt 15 - 20 mins slow walk). there is a hawker centre near Great world that has delicious local food, so my husband and myself had a sumptous dinner of 5 dishes(all awarded dish, and long queues for these stalls) for a SG$20.
- 16-Aug-2007 Don't count on actually getting a room with a 'riverview'. Staff are not very helpful and there is only internet access in the hotel for those with laptops and no internet cafe nearby. Quite clean, great pool and gym and cable tv.- 28-Jun-2007 I have stayed at the hotel a number of times. Rooms are clean and tidy and the views great over the river. Breakfast is fresh and appetising. The staff, from housekeeping to front office, are courteous, helpful and cheerful. - 03-Feb-2005 |
