 Overall, similar to other reviews: Not too bad a place, great breakfast, rooms a bit grubby and very dated. Must have been a flash hotel in the 70s! Good value for money though.
The bad part was the the sliding window didn't shut, and we got heavy rain...- 08-Nov-2009 The staff were excellent- very impressed! The breakfast was also great. - 04-Nov-2009 ok hotel. excellent restaurant. first room i was put in was tiny even though i had booked a delux room. i enquired if room was a delux and i was told it was. later i looked for an upgrade and they tried to charge me. i took the upgrade and asked what class the new room was, i was told delux. i complained that i should not have to pay extra as i already had paid for a delux. turned out they put me in a standard room to begin with. the hotel never apologised or rectified the situation so i just took the upgrade and then refused to pay for it....i.e. i rectified it!- 02-Nov-2009 |
