 I found this a very luxurious place to stay. The staff were extremely helpful and curtious, and the shuttle between Osaka station and the hotel proved very useful. - 23-Oct-2008 I had a fabulous stay at this hotel. The service was amazing and although the location may not have been so central, it was no inconvenience due to the shuttle bus which was very frequent.
