 my first experience of this kind of hotel ( with kitchen ) I did not use
the kitchen but realise the potential benefits to the traveller. everything was spot on. I have brought home with me the Brochure
and intend to use it again when I travel to France ( that's where I like to visit ). No faults to report ,staff were friendly and helpful
and I did enjoy the visit to Nancy- 23-May-2009 When we arrived the hotel was closed, but should have been open. We had to telephone Residhome HQ to get access to the foyer via a code. It took a further 2 hours and many phone calls to get access to our rooms as our keys were in a keysafe and we were not provided a code.
