The room looks nice, and the location is great. However, there were ants in my room, and other bugs in the bathroom. The shower cabin didn't wasn't very nice. Also the reception was only open in the day - I almost didn't get into my room because I arrived late. The breakfast consisted of coffe, juice and something made of sugar, but I guess that's the standard.- 15-Jul-2009 Room we stayed in was of a poor standard. The breakfast was also fairly poor. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was fairly well placed for city facilities.- 25-Sep-2008 A nice hotel convenient to the Piazza de Campo. Luggage is a problem if your room is on the 3/4th floor - stairs are narrow and go around multiple corners. Rooms are good and adequately furnished. Breakfast is served in room and is fine. If coming by car, unload luggage close to the hotel at the end of the street before parking, as the hill from the car park to the hotel is quite steep for luggage. Siena is traffic controlled so risk of a fine to leave a car on the street overnight. Good value for money and a nice place to stay.
