 Very happy with the Hotel in general. Service was great, and the staff very friendly and helpful. No delays in checking in or checking out. - 02-Jul-2008 Our latest stay at this hotel confirmed previous consistently good experiences. The staff are suberbly helpful. We booked a basic suite and were upgraged to a superior suite, which included free valet parking - ideal for waht we needed as we came and went a number of times over the weekend. The hotel has a 5 star feel about it at 4 star prices. It is situated at the top end of Queens St so not ideal for those who want to be near the waterfront - however the location suited us. - 21-Jun-2008 When we first arrived we were put into a twin room, not a double as requested when booking. Initially I was told that we were not able to change to a double room as the hotel was full and as a [website] booker our preference was not guaranteed. I then spoke with another staff member who changed us immediately. Apart from this slight hiccup we had a lovely stay. - 28-Nov-2006 |
