Nice location and facilities was excellent.- 18-Nov-2004 I found the Front House Staff and the Concierge to be pleasant and helpful and the Restaurant staff to prompt and accommodating. I hope to return on my next visait to London. The dinner Buffet is attactive and reasonable.
