 The lack of air-con makes this a place to avoid in the summer.
The hotel pool is next to a busy road, and the steep hill and 1KM walk to where the beach gets nice, means you have to add taxi costs to your budget. (I know, there is a bus, but that's only more economic if you're alone or a couple.)
