 I was content with this hotel: personnel was friendly, I didn't lack anything, the location is very central. To be honest it's difficult to say anything bad about this hotel.
I paid about 80 EUR per night, for me it's much but this hotel worths of this amount.- 22-Nov-2007 The airconditioner in the room was not very good and being summer it was very hot inside, although there was a window that we could open , but with the noise outside through the night it was very hard to sleep.- 27-Jul-2007 The location of this hotel was fantastic but the staff were rude and totally unhelpful. We had our luggage lost by the airline for our entire stay in Mardid and after constantly checking day in and day out with the reception staff, once the airline finally delivered the bags the hotel then sent them to the wrong room and were still telling us that they hadnt arrived and not willing to help us locate them. The breakfast was great and although the rooms are quite small they were clean and had everything that you need. Apart from the appauling excuse for service supplied by the reception staff, the hotel was good.- 24-Jul-2007 |
