Could not fault the hotel on any level, and that's saying something, as I am a nit-picker. The staff are charming, friendly and efficient. The location in the heart of Petite France cannot be beaten. I will always stay in this hotel in future when visiting Strasbourg. - 16-Feb-2008 The hotel is with perfect location, big rooms, nice breakfast (but not for EUR 20), very kind staffs on reception desk, as well as errand-boys. Only two small disadvantage to rate hotel as excellent – cleaning ladies, they were living me without glasses in the mini bar almost every day and Last day receptionist – she didn’t read carefully my conformation voucher from [your website] and she ask me to pay my stay again … it was a little bit stressed seeing the huge amount she ask me to pay- 30-Oct-2007 The staff were extremely helpful. We had secure parking for our motorbikes which was close to the hotel, we should have booked to eat there as when we tried to get into the restaurant there were no available tables. Breakfast was very good with a good selection. The room did have air con but it was very poor, luckily it didn't matter for us as although the day was warm the room stayed cool. The room was large and unusally shaped which added interest and there was a room safe, which is helpful. The hotel was easy to find and situated close to the centre. All in all I would go back.- 08-Sep-2007 |
